In our bet for specialization, Grupo Constant constituted three specific companies for the hotel and catering sector: Mallorca Empleo, Personal 7 ETT División Hostelería and Gesgrup 7 Outsourcing.

Mallorca Employment:
At the end of the year 2003 Grupo Constant acquired Mallorca Empleo, a temporary recruitment company located in Mallorca which is specialized in hotel and catering services for the Baleares Islands market.

Personal 7 ETT División Hostelería
From that moment on, Personal 7 E.T.T. S.A., as the temporary recruitment company of Grupo Constant, created a specific division for hotel and catering services which is dedicated to offering solutions to the specific needs of that sector.

Gesgrup 7 Outsourcing
Maintaining the expansion strategy, in the year 2006Grupo Constant created Gesgrup 7 Outsourcing, which is located in the Canary Islands and is dedicated to the provision of outsourcing services to the hotel and catering sector.
