The service that FORMA 7 offers is divided in four phases, two carried out in the worker�s country of origin and the other two performed once the worker has come to Spain.

The phases are: Headhunting, training, recruitment and accommodation.

1. Recruitment in the Country of Origin:
   International recruitment of personnel.
2. Training in the Country of Origin
   Training in 4 areas:
   • Language
   • Technique
   • Healthy and Safety at work
   • Culture
3. Recruitment for the company:
   We conduct the procedure for the recruitment of foreign workers. We handle the legal process necessary to obtain the work and residence permits.
   The permit is granted for 1 year and it can be renewed.
4. Hosting:
   • Accommodation for the first month.
   • We provide advice to the company in immigration issues.
   • We provide advice to the worker in immigration issues.
   • Renewal of the work and residence permit.
