Forma 7 is a division of Grupo Constant whose objective is to offer an answer, in immigration issues, to unsatisfied labour needs.

Mission
Migratory movements are a reality. There is no barrier, frontier or law that will be able to stop a person who is in search of a better future. We must face this reality in a sincere way and we must find the adequate elements that will allow a correct integration among the different groups of people that will live together in the same land.

The Spanish labour market is in need of foreign labour force, qualified workforce and less qualified workforce.

The objective of the Forma 7 project is to become a bridge between the Spanish labour market�s needs and the needs of active foreign workforces.
